When things are good, people usually don’t bother reviewing because things worked out and that’s ‘normal’ for them. So I’m here to provide an updated, August 2025 review of this epic blast from the past post office. The USPS worker in the picture is super nice and helpful. The office itself looks well maintained, and the PO Box section holy wow it’s spacious! I dropped off a package. If it delivers successfully, I’ll update this post and will maintain its 5 stars. If my package gets lost, then I’ll have to drop the stars down to 1 or 2 and it’ll unfortunately match others experiences. But for now we’ll wait and see.

Half the time they deliver packages to the wrong addresses, they claim they stopped to deliver something and missed you when they never even came to the door, and they have the WORST customer service!!

Have had packages sitting at the post office for weeks without any notices. I read my tracking info to find out that USPS tried to deliver but no one was available. Total BS! This is a business and someone is here from 7:00 am till 5:30 pm. So sick of the service they provide!

Luckily it was Amazon and I can get a refund, but if it was anything else I'd be out almost $200. Just generally unprofessional and rude. I go elsewhere anytime I have to send off a package.
