No appointment necessary for renewals and they have the forms there, just need to take your old passport, photo, and a non credit card payment for the fee. Ridgecrest office does not provide this service.

I don't know if she only does this to minorities/ hispanics people but she does the bare minimum w/ the biggest attitude, she didn't even bother to let us know what we needed. She even said to one of her coworkers " if they don't have an ID I won't help them" what kind of language is that, but when another *white lady came she was super friendly and helpful, i take that as racisms. If that wasn't the only place we can get our passport I wouldn't go. Also, we have mentioned this to our friends and family, and more peope have come forward saying something similar happens to them. Ps they're latinos/Hispanics.

There is little or no waiting in line. This is a good review. I am happy to have the Inyokern Post Office in my community.
- SBStarr BrownJul 12, 20191.0The lady in the office is always rude. Our mail delivery lady drives her own car to deliver our mail. She always peels away as fast as she can. Packages never get delivered to us- we always have to go get them from the post office. Hours of operation make it really hard because it’s only 11-4 and 90% of the time the packages won’t be ready to be picked up.
