Whether I bring 5 letters or 30, it’s your responsibility to scan them — that’s your job. If you don’t like it, then maybe it’s time to move on. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and honestly just distasteful.

I don’t know why. The rude older black man who was working wouldn’t even check to see what I was talking about. He said, “I’m not giving you your mail come back tomorrow when the other lady is here.” I’m leaving a one star review because he was rude and didn’t even try to look into what I was asking about. I hope he has the day he deserves.
