I don’t know why. The rude older black man who was working wouldn’t even check to see what I was talking about. He said, “I’m not giving you your mail come back tomorrow when the other lady is here.” I’m leaving a one star review because he was rude and didn’t even try to look into what I was asking about. I hope he has the day he deserves.

There were no to and from labels anywhere and I had to wait in line twice, once to get a label another to actually ship my package. Customer service was not friendly whatsoever either.
