So sad that agents don’t know the aspects of an address change for a deceased person. I told the agent the email directed me to come in and show documentation. She immediately gives me a change of address card and says “you’ll send that in and they’ll ask for proof”. I’m confused but remember they sent a barcode when I attempted the electronic process. I mention the barcode and she say “it’s just going to tell you to fill out the card” she finally scans the barcode and it gives her the process. Is the window agent that depressed that they don’t care if they provide wrong information?

Friendly and helpful service. Recently when I left my credit card on one of the counters, Ms Carol looked up my address and mailed it to me. I was relieved and thankful for her thoughtfulness.

Our "Little Post Office" as my mom and I refer to it, is one of the smaller PO's yet FRIENDLIEST! The ladies there, especially the shorter fair skin older lady with glasses is so Kind and Helpful! There is rarely a line and if so the wait is okay. Awesome Little PO!🙂
