- DJD JohnsonSep 26, 20251.0Go elsewhere. My print job was not ready when promised. I called during the day & was told I could pick up by 7:30pm but someone would call me when it was completed. At close, 8pm, it wasn't ready. I mentioned needing the items for an event the next day & was told it would be ready first thing in the morning. I arrived to the store & the order was only partially done plus no one was working the print center (apparently they start later on Saturdays?). I got behind the counter to count & assemble what was done myself. I was there just over an hour. It was a $5,000 order. The manager said someone would call me to discuss the experience & a partial refund. 6 days later & no communication. If it wasn't a feasible ask, don't accept the order. Never again.

I am not very tech savvy, but LaTresha was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She is obviously great at her job, definitely deserving of her supervisorial position for the printing department.👏 Thanks so much LaTresha 🌞 Staples, please give her a raise and promotion!
- DDDrawgonianJun 23, 20252.0I came here for ‘happy returns’ to return a package. Barely anyone in the store, around 6:30pm, i was first in line. Took them 30 minutes to get someone to do a task that took hardly 30 seconds. Literally just killed half an hour because there was no one on the counter and one of the staff had to go and get someone else who was supposed to cover the returns counter. I don’t think i’ll be coming back here again
