Because that's what the staff energy was giving. I was looking for cardstock paper that was affordable. Nothing was affordable to my budget,so I want to Michael's instead where the staff let me shop in peace.

When he was able to finally help me, other customers had gotten impatient and rude, he was still KIND and PROFESSIONAL to them. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !! I repeat, it was the black associate MARCUS, with a C not a K. Picture proof of how packed it was after I left the happy return section, you can SEE how many people are waiting just for him and help. Not another associate in sight besides him (he's under the "ship it all" sign. 2:45pm 02/13/26 Friday.
