From what I understand, there is no code to get in provided , But never left the door tag or even used his brain to see and use there is resident directory keypad or code to get in and attempt to contact customer. These type of workers are absolutely lazy and she go through more training. It Takes less than one minute to go through the directory and notify buzz. The customer that they are downstairs with the package I would fire him immediately. Now let’s talk about the customer service. Terrible ! All I kept getting was I’m sorry.. communication again very poor. Telling me they contacted the dispatch too have a re delivery, then called again and the. Said it be patient until 8 pm , then called around 6pm and then they said the driver went home . Its very disappointing how the business quality is
