From what I understand, there is no code to get in provided , But never left the door tag or even used his brain to see and use there is resident directory keypad or code to get in and attempt to contact customer. These type of workers are absolutely lazy and she go through more training. It Takes less than one minute to go through the directory and notify buzz. The customer that they are downstairs with the package I would fire him immediately. Now let’s talk about the customer service. Terrible ! All I kept getting was I’m sorry.. communication again very poor. Telling me they contacted the dispatch too have a re delivery, then called again and the. Said it be patient until 8 pm , then called around 6pm and then they said the driver went home . Its very disappointing how the business quality is

My husband and I were waiting for an important package from his company something he needed for work and the driver didn’t even bother to stop and deliver it. They just marked it as “attempted delivery” and drove off. That’s not just lazy, that’s disrespectful. This isn’t the first time either. Every experience with FedEx lately has been the same story: careless drivers, false tracking updates, delays, and customer service that gives you the same copy-and-paste apology with no real action behind it. It’s like they’ve completely stopped caring about the people they’re supposed to serve. For the holidays, or for any time of year, I strongly recommend avoiding FedEx altogether. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and have zero accountability. It’s sad how far they’ve fallen as a company. And before anyone from FedEx replies with the usual “We’re sorry you had this experience” script don’t. Don’t pretend to care for the sake of appearances. If you truly cared, this kind of thing wouldn’t keep happening. FedEx, do better. Customers deserve respect — not excuses.
