- PSPamela A. SantosMar 31, 20261.0La persona que me atendió, Cathy, tuvo una actitud grosera durante mi visita. Se negó a aceptar unos sobres que necesitaba enviar. Uno de ellos tenía estampilla de prepago y los otros contaban con estampillas regulares. Me indicó que el sobre con prepago requería un pago adicional o que debía enviarlo como paquete, lo cual no acepté, ya que siempre he realizado envíos de esta manera sin inconvenientes. Asimismo, uno de los sobres tenía cinta adhesiva cubriendo parcialmente las estampillas, y me indicó que por esa razón debía pagar un cargo extra. No estuve de acuerdo, ya que las estampillas no estaban completamente cubiertas. Debido a las altas temperaturas en el Valle, acostumbro entregar los sobres directamente al personal. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, la empleada se negó a recibirlos y me indicó que debía dejar uno de los sobres en el buzón de drop-off. Esta es la primera vez que se me niega el servicio en estas condiciones. Considero importante que se revise esta situación, ya que en todo momento mantuve una actitud respetuosa, a diferencia del trato recibido. Asimismo, procuré mantener la compostura y actuar de manera profesional durante toda la interacción, lo cual no fue recíproco por parte de la empleada.

I kinda liked the old timey post boxes and looks of their Old building because it was like traveling back in time when the town was barely built, like cowboy town post style, but it was very small. This building is a bit bigger and more modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
