- CRCristina RuizJun 20, 20251.0Booked an appointment for photo and passport at 10:15am. Requested day off at work specifically for this. Got a text at 0800 that they tried calling and there was no answer but there ran out of camera film. I indeed never received a call but at least saw the text. They suggested a photographer that opened at 1100. Went to post office at 0900 to get more information to see if they would reschedule to a later time to allow us to go get pictures before appointment. Lady in front counter had worst customer service. I managed to get photos and printed application else where . Lady took us in for appointment but was obviously upset about doing her job. Really knew how to make one feel bad.

I called our local post office and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite. He gave me reassurance that the package would be found and my issue would be resolved within the next hours. Not even an hour went by when I was outside and a gentleman employed by USPS showed up to personally give me my package. Thank you for the amazing customer service! I highly appreciate it.

I kinda liked the old timey post boxes and looks of their Old building because it was like traveling back in time when the town was barely built, like cowboy town post style, but it was very small. This building is a bit bigger and more modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
- EMErica MMay 5, 20231.0Be sure when you want a tracking number to specifically ask because the clerk told me it’s on the receipt and it wasn’t! I called customer service and gave a receipt number and they couldn’t get it either. This Post Office has the worst customer service and delivery. If you want the service you need I suggest going to another branch.
