    The bad attitude on these employees is honestly insane. The girl that I dealt with barely spoke loud enough for me to understand what she was saying. She didn’t explain things correctly and was just trying to get me out of the store. I understand that working at ups isn’t necessarily fun but it doesn’t cost anything to at least be cordial. 0 stars.

    Fui ala tienda y una chamaquita de pelo negro chinos me atendió súper mal le así preguntas y me contestaba de mala gana si no les gusta su trabajo para que trabajan tiene muy mal servicio al cliente ojalá el dueño o manager mire esto es muy mala para servicio al cliente

    Customer service is a tough job, but when you're in it you need the self-awareness to know when your time in the field is up. If you can't follow even the basic rules of civility, get a new job away from people. These employees clearly hate their job. Be better.

    I took my letter to The UPS Store specifically to make sure I had the correct postage to send overseas. I was charged $1.50, and the cashier simply turned around and grabbed a regular stamp. I questioned it because I knew I needed international postage and assumed they would need to check more carefully. She told me it was correct. My letter was returned. I went back to the store to ask how they could make it right, and I was told they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. My fault. I never grab receipts. She even weighed the letter again and said it should have been fine, which is exactly what the first cashier said. Then I was told that next time I should go to USPS for correct postage. That doesn’t feel right. I came to your store to make sure it was done correctly. I wasn’t just buying a stamp—I was paying for your expertise.
