They give me mail addressed to some place or one else and when I try to return it they just keep giving it back to me. O and even though it says NOTHING about a much lower weight limit than the usual one posted on the website they keep saying its because of our letter carrier but now that we have a new and NOT any better letter carrier the post office is still imposing the lower weight limit..figures usps would do that. Our new letter carrier is always walking on our lawn, giving us others mail and when I report this or any other problems I get empty promises, nothing ever changes, letter carrier retaliates if they know it's me and I never get the usps customers serves survey your supposed to get! They NEVER answer their phone when they should be open and even when your standing in the post office and you can hear the phone ringing they will NOT answer it and that's with postal workers just standing there doing nothing at all. If you ask the post office workers questions they are unable to answer the simplest questions and just pretend they can't hear you if you try to ask again or rephrase your questions. Just a inefficient post office.
