  Marcelo helped me. He's so kind a patient. He's very knowledgeable too. I would recommend this location to anyone. Genuinely so easy to work with.

  I was returning some Amazon items items for my aunt so I didn’t have the barcodes available right away and I apologized bin advance because I wasn’t prepared the cashier MARCELO wasn’t very friendly to begin with. And then when I was struggling to email the shipping label for one of the items he started being really condescending and told me to read The promos in a really Really rude tone then started acting like I was being a nuisance even though there wasn’t even a long line and that’s his literal job. It’s my first time at this location and I won’t be coming back. Some people really need to remember what customer service is all about.

  We sent a parcel for a government PO Box on Friday afternoon opting for a next day early delivery so it can be received by Monday at 8AM. The girl on the counter said that since it is a PO box, it cannot receive parcels on weekends. Hence, the parcel can only be ship out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday at 6PM. Ok, we agreed but I have this gnawing feeling that we can have it received by Monday. So, we went back Saturday but unfortunately, they were already closed. We went again on Sunday, opted to cancel the shipment since it was not encoded in the system yet. JORDAN, the lone employee by that time, said the parcel will be shipped out thru USPS that’s why it does not appear in the UPS tracking site. We wanted to have the shipment cancelled and move to FedEx but after texting on the phone, and clicking some keys on the PC, she ended up saying that the parcel was already picked up by USPS so she cannot return it to us anymore. And though shipment date indicated in the receipt is Monday, it could be in transit already and be received earlier than Tuesday. I was pacified by this information. And so off we went to celebrate my child’s birthday. However, when I was tracking the parcel, it appears that it was only received by USPS on Monday afternoon. I was so annoyed by this but there’s nothing I can do. It shows in the tracker that it was delivered to the recipient on Wednesday afternoon. I don’t know what to think of but I have this intuition that this girl lied to me because she thought it is a burden to go over the bunch of shipments they have? She even had the audacity to tell us that she’s new when reviews for this establishment for a while back has her name on it.

  The girls working on Sunday July 20 are pretty incompetent. Kept messing up each operation they handled while everyone is stuck in line.
