This place is so bad.Our appointment was at 10:45 and we got called at 1:50.They don’t care if you have an appointment they will call whenever they want.A lady came asking for help to fill some papers and the lady said that she wasn’t gonna help her because that’s not her job. They leave for lunch and take forever to come back.Another thing is that all the ladies here have really bad attitude and they scream at you for no reason they treat you like trash.Don't come here.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. My family and I came in to help my sister with her passport application and the entire process was unnecessarily stressful due to the behavior of one staff member. From the moment we approached the counter, one employee treated our family with complete disrespect. She was dismissive, rude, and extremely unhelpful when we were simply trying to understand and complete the process correctly. Instead of offering guidance or patience, she spoke to us in a condescending tone and acted as if we were inconveniencing her for asking basic questions. What was especially frustrating was when she shredded our paperwork right in front of us simply because we needed a few more minutes to complete the process. Rather than allowing us a brief moment to finish or explaining our options calmly, she immediately destroyed the documents, which felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Even more upsetting was how she treated other customers. At one point, an elderly man was told to stand and wait until his “time was over,” yet she made no effort to assist him. Instead, she allowed multiple people to cut in front of him while he remained standing there without help or clear direction. Watching someone older be treated with such disregard was honestly disheartening. Customer service positions require patience, professionalism, and basic respect for the public. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the complete opposite. No family trying to complete something as important as a passport application should be made to feel belittled, rushed, or disrespected. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation and reminds staff that professionalism and respect should be the standard when dealing with the public.
