It was a Hispanic lady in her 30s and an African American lady working today. I was waiting over an hour to be attended for my passport appointment. While I was waiting I witnessed these two ladies be rude to every single customer they helped. The Hispanic lady in particular was belittling an elder woman. I saw her push the package into this lady to show her “ how she messed up on the address and repeatedly told her, see how YOU messed up, I had to fix your errors. I had to fix ALL of your mistakes!! Do you UNDERSTAND WHAT IM TELLING YOU!” I finally got fed up from their behavior so I left and went to a different post office who attended me as a walk in within 10 minutes. This place is a disgrace and your workers need to face consequences for their disgusting service.

Very rude and unprofessional. She was an African American lady in her 30’s. Sadly didn’t get her name.
