The employee assisting me was rude and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I were a child, simply for asking questions about a return. I felt judged and awkward the entire time. Because of the way I was treated, I went through with a return I later regretted and ended up losing money on expensive return shipping. Customer service should never make people feel stupid or uncomfortable for asking basic questions.

I have nothing but positive words for them they manage to give everyone beautiful attention while being beyond swamped due to the holidays and handle it with such a level of professionalism and kindness that people really need today not to mention I had a broke foot and they were very accommodating so I just wanted to send nothing but love to these ladies at this UPS store because wow they really are rocking it. They deserve nothing but holiday bonuses for real. -an extremely satisfied customer
