I had a passport appointment and was helped by the grumpy elderly man, which after reading all these comments is probably Jeff? He wrongfully turned away my passport application. He stated I NEEDED to submit my last passport from when I was age 10 (now 30s)even though I had my birth certificate. You think I know where that expired passport is 20 years later?? He gave out wrong information. If your last passport was issued before age 16, it does not NEED to be submitted if I have my original birth certificate which is proof I’m a citizen. He then stated I needed to write on the application that my parents are from Mexico but when I prefilled the application online, that information was not required. That information is also on my birth certificate and is redundant. If I was Caucasian, might have been a different experience. I’m wondering how many other people he has profiled and done wrong as well? As a postal worker, you’re supposed to be helping us Americans with the passport process, not turn us away because we look different. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and he easily said I had to reschedule. Some of us are working medical professionals and don’t have the luxury of just rescheduling appointments. How crazy is that—an American citizen but couldn’t be helped to get a passport? The racism is insane.

I had the worst experience here, I wanted to renew my passport, I brought my passport, birth certificate, and I am 18, the lady that was assisting me, wore a mask, grey hair, Asian, and she was incredibly rude to me, she said she needed more information, a parent that is a U.S. citizen, my father is (has passed away) my mom a resident, came with me and this lady said she needed a documented parent and couldn’t help me, I am old enough to renew my passport independently, and I am a U.S. citizen, born, so this really confused me, and she was racist and this was horrible experience.

Hands down the most impolite post office I’ve ever been to. To the older man with the white beard, you need to be nicer.

Ernesto was a horrible manager and very rude when I asked to talk to a manager. He told the lady working I would like to speak to a manager so she went and asked him to come up to front and I hear him in his office say NO. I will never return he as a manager needs to learn customer service. He was very rude

I had a wonderful experience with Lynn while applying for my passport. I was in a rush and had to redo my application three times (not to mention my terrible handwriting!), but Lynn was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure everything was done correctly. When she took my passport photo, she even made sure I looked my best. Thank you so much, Lynn, for your outstanding assistance!
