The managers I’d be dammed they do know how to yell at employees making it look super unprofessional especially for a government establishment. JEFF thank you for your outstanding customer service. To management please treat your employees better. Yelling at them infront of others is beyond a Character flaw.

He was assisting another customer but did not appear overly busy, and I believe he could have answered a simple question. Instead, he raised his finger at me and told me to “just wait in line.” This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at USPS. I’ve never encountered someone so rude while claiming to help others. A few moments later, I found the prepaid package drop-off area on my own, where the staff and customers were very kind and friendly.
