She actually made it harder for us to get our address changed because she put in a ‘proof of address’ that she knew was going to be denied and now we are at a standstill. She was nasty and unhelpful and actually shooed us away. They really just don’t want to work is what it seems and anything you do seems like annoys them. The workers next to her were also not very helpful by the conversations I was overhearing. Go to any other post office.

(When you drop off a package usually by the end of the day it should be scanned and an update would be given when you check the tracking number saying that the package was received)When I had checked the tracking on my package it didn’t say it was received by the post office so I decided to come in and check to if there was any updated or if they still had my package, the lady at the front desk told me that all packages leave at the end of the day and there was no information she can provide for me right now. Then another guy starts to butt in that was standing behind her raising his voice at me saying it’s basically my fault because I never asked for a receipt? And I let him know that I drop off packages here and ups all the time and I always get notified that packaged was received by carrier again he basically told me it was my fault and to give it 2-3 days and check back again. I had stated never heard anyone say that to me before his responds “if you don’t like it you can just go to ups” this location is convenient for me because it is right by my house and I own a small business but I will now make the drive to other locations instead HORRIBLE SERVICE the guys name is IRVIN
