Rude and cold for no reason, then asks if your happy and want to complete a survey? This one is literally down the street from me but I won't be coming back.

It's Nov 1st and still no delivery, no information on the tracking # besides that the package left the facility and that will be late... (duh!). Went to their office yesterday to ask for help and more information, and all they did was input in the tracking # in their system and read what it said (same thing I had already done). And they also explained to me all the things that could've gone wrong to justify the delay.
