  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any UPS location. I came in with a QR code to return 7 SHEIN items. Daniel, the employee helping me, gave me unnecessary trouble over one item not being in its original bag, even though SHEIN does not require that. Instead of assisting me professionally, he became rude, dismissive, and flat-out refused to help. When I asked for a manager, he blatantly lied — claiming to be the manager, the owner, and even calling himself “God.” I later confirmed he was none of those things. What made the situation worse was the other employee, who stood by silently, ignored my questions, and chose to do nothing to de-escalate. That level of indifference is just as unprofessional. To top it off, when I spoke with the actual owner that same night, she did apologize but she also made excuses for him — saying he might be going through personal issues. That response was just as disappointing as the incident itself. Personal issues are never an excuse for lying to customers or treating them with such disrespect. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, but after this encounter I will not be returning. Management needs to take serious action, because allowing employees to behave this way is unacceptable. I did take my returns to another UPS in HB and was in and out within 4 minutes with no hassle at all! Such a difference in customer service!

  Wanted to make sure I gave Holt a good review for all his help. I was a major pain in the butt customer with a million questions and requests and he helped me with every one with a smile. Great customer service. Got my packages out on time too. Great job and thanks again Holt!

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They are not affiliated with UPS and if there are any problems with your package, forget customer service, they will become an OBSTACLE to resolving the issue. I was shipped a very expensive custom built PC from this location, paid hundreds to insure it, and since it was destroyed in transit, they have refused to work with the guy that built my PC to resolve the claim that UPS has told us directly that they will pay out if this store would only respond to them. My guy has tried so many times to talk to them and work with them on this issue but they are actively refusing. It's been two full months of begging them to help us with still no resolution. If you care about your package at all, don't send it from here. I will happily edit this review if or when they finally come through for me so if you see this, then know THEY HAVE NOT.

  They close at 2pm on Saturdays not 5pm as listed on maps. A bit frustrating employees failed to update their status to google maps.
