We walked in late at 6:15 ( granted we were running from the attorneys office trying to make it on time), because of course we have jobs too and didn't whet off work until 5pm... So UPS has notary serives and closes at 6:30pm.....NOPE!!!!! We get there...and the notary "book was at the other store" - whatever And then Notary hours are to 6pm?.. Doesn't say that on the website! Just shmmsh!.. bad vibes
- MRMark RobertsonSep 4, 20251.0THEFT - READ OTHER REVIEWS - Iām not the only one. Someone there stole my return to Amazon. I was told they would ātake careā of it for me and Amazon has zero record of my return being scanned or even taken to UPS. I contacted the store and they tried to lie to me about how Amazon returns work - stating that you could take up to 21 days before they process anything. Iāve returned hundreds of items at UPS (another) and Iām well aware of how it works The person there, who is dealing with a package that I needed to put in a poly bag but would not fit in a poly bag, so donāt worry about it, hand me the Amazon return QR code and Iāll take care of it. Itās now been three weeks and nothing has been received by Amazon or even scanned. I called the store and they once again tried to claim that everything was picked up and that they donāt know what couldāve possibly happened and that it can take up to 30 days now, according to them, to get it processed. Not the first person to write this review. There is a Thief working at that location. I donāt say that lightly. I tried working with them and Amazon and that was both Amazonās conclusion as well as mine. The store has said nothing and did nothing to try and locate my objects for return, or take responsibility. I will never visit the store again and will probably reconsider UPS entirely though Iāve had no other problems at other stores. I hope somebody resist and investigates and fires whoever is stealing packages
