  Dave at this location in HB, was very helpful and went out of his way to help obtain a correct delivery confirmation that had in fact been reported in error by UPS…. it was very frustrating and after attempting to correct with UPS customer “service”? (only to be fended away by AI Botts and various almost endless hoops to jump through)…..when it appeared that there was little hope, Dave came through with the correct confirmation and emailed a copy to keep in my records. Can’t thank him enough for caring to remedy the problem situation!!

  The worst UPS Store I have been to in a while. Not sure if some are corporate owned and some art but this one definitely is not corporate owned. From the minute I walked in and the three people behind the counter just stared at me and did not even acknowledge me. Then when it looked like what may be the owner or a manager finally acknowledge me they told me that they could not ship my box because it was not completely taped up. I needed about 2 in of tape of which they were going to charge me for or I would have to buy a whole roll of tape. They had tape sitting right there that was open and easily accessible to use on my package to get it shipped and it would have cost them maybe 10 cents. So much for customer service I'll never come to this UPS store again and you shouldn't either if you want a good experience.
