Very poor customer service. He had an attitude. I said I was going to leave him a poor review…he said good luck. When we discovered it was shipped from a different t store Matt was even more rude and belittling. I will never take my business to this UPS store. Matt, as an owner you should treat everyone with respect and kindness regardless of whether you have a line or not.
