Previous maid services missed so much and I was constantly calling the office. These ladies were professional, hard workers, focused on their jobs and not each other or their phones. MEGA MAIDS cleaned black marks on the kitchen sink that had been there from the last three Molly Maid attempts at cleaning our home. MEGA MAIDS cleaned top to bottom, really!! Even things only my 6'3" husband can see!! They were detail oriented and that is rare. The corners were cleaned not cleaned around, every sink and faucet, floor and head board, the kitchen is just absolutely spectacular. I will use them regularly!!! If you want a real clean, go with MEGA MAID, I am so happy I found them!

I got the appointment for the next day during Christmas week which was pretty helpful too! Don't go by ratings given 8 or 10 years ago and I'm sure I'll use their service again!

From Owner to her staff I highly recommend Mega Maids. --- Mega Maids keeps "homes healthy!" Mega maids is licensed and bonded. Initially getting an appointment was difficult---they have many clients. Steady weekly or bi-weekly customers are ones that make it worthwhile. The staff was pleasant, courteous and came prepared. This firm does a stellar job. A call is made prior to coming to give you a time window and they stick to that regularly. Items are moved, so you know they were there. My placemats were washed (thank you!). Promises are kept and if you have any concerns they address it in real-time. Mega maids is responsible and consistent.At the time of this review they have been "keeping healthy" residences in Orange County. Have patience in our POVID19 world as things come back to alignment.
