  Sandra and Edith (Team 3) made my house look absolutely beautiful 🤩 it feels like I came home to a hotel. I highly recommend their services!

  Mega Maids is spectacular. They arrived early, worked hard and cleaned extremely well. Previous maid services missed so much and I was constantly calling the office. These ladies were professional, hard workers, focused on their jobs and not each other or their phones. MEGA MAIDS cleaned black marks on the kitchen sink that had been there from the last three Molly Maid attempts at cleaning our home. MEGA MAIDS cleaned top to bottom, really!! Even things only my 6'3" husband can see!! They were detail oriented and that is rare. The corners were cleaned not cleaned around, every sink and faucet, floor and head board, the kitchen is just absolutely spectacular. I will use them regularly!!! If you want a real clean, go with MEGA MAID, I am so happy I found them!

  Recently we a bad experience with Mega Maids. They arrived late for the appointment on 12/31/21. One of the ladies (Maria) appeared to be very angry, irritated, impatient, and very rude to me from the time I opened the door. She started yelling at me when I asked what are all the things she was going to to. She did not want to tell me what she can do and what she cannot do that day. She stated that she was told to clean only for 2 hours and cannot do complete cleaning. When I told her that her boss Linda at the agency had told me that it was a minimum of 2 hours and increments of 15 minutes if job was not done, Maria was very angry. The next thing I see is that they both have left the house without informing any of us. I understand that it was New Year's eve and they probably were in a rush to go home, but this is not acceptable behavior. They could have explained to us that they want to leave early and be more calm and courteous. This is not acceptable behavior with a customer who was given an appointment, prepared for it, and had to wait for the maids who came in late. The ladies at the agency are also very rude with customers on the phone. The manager/ owner Linda told us one thing when we set up the appointment and went back on her words today. When we told her about the behavior of the maids who came to our house, she stated that "she cannot afford to lose the maids or have them quit on her as she will have no one to clean'" and that "she cannot service us anymore"! She also made rude remarks about my husband who had called yesterday to ask for an explanation on what happened on the 31st. We are very very upset about the behavior and treatment of customers by Mega Maids and plan to lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau of City of Huntington Beach, and also report to Yelp. We can always find another cleaning service for our house, but such behavior on the part of any business in HB should be addressed by the city. We request that anyone who has had a similar experience, please make a complaint to Better Business Bureau of HB, and also report to Yelp so that some action can be taken.

  Worst company ever, those owners do not know how to run a company... Maybe they haven't heard of Human Resources... They should pay a visit to them soon..
