We spent a long time completing CAPTCHA verifications and following the instructions before finally being told it wasn’t working. When we asked for assistance, none of the staff made an effort to help. They continued serving other customers, ignoring our repeated requests. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, someone finally came over and told us to restart the entire process from the beginning. We followed their directions, but still never received a retrieval code by email. This was an extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and disrespectful experience. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and malfunctioning machines made what should have been a simple task unnecessarily stressful. I hope FedEx addresses this lack of professionalism and ensures that equipment is maintained properly and that staff are trained to assist customers promptly and courteously.

Unfortunately, the male employee with glasses has consistently been unhelpful and dismissive during my visits. Rather than being accommodating or personable, he makes the process unnecessarily frustrating. It’s disappointing, because I’ve had no issues with other staff members here, only with this individual. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.
