  I’d give zero stars if I could. These guys are incompetent and uncaring. They have zero common sense. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will.

  Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience at FedEx Office We tried to use the self-service Print & Go machine, but the Dropbox upload option was out of service — with no notice or warning posted anywhere. We spent a long time completing CAPTCHA verifications and following the instructions before finally being told it wasn’t working. When we asked for assistance, none of the staff made an effort to help. They continued serving other customers, ignoring our repeated requests. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, someone finally came over and told us to restart the entire process from the beginning. We followed their directions, but still never received a retrieval code by email. This was an extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and disrespectful experience. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and malfunctioning machines made what should have been a simple task unnecessarily stressful. I hope FedEx addresses this lack of professionalism and ensures that equipment is maintained properly and that staff are trained to assist customers promptly and courteously.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my repeated negative experiences at this FedEx location. Unfortunately, the male employee with glasses has consistently been unhelpful and dismissive during my visits. Rather than being accommodating or personable, he makes the process unnecessarily frustrating. It’s disappointing, because I’ve had no issues with other staff members here, only with this individual. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.

  I placed an order through Canva and selected in-store pickup at my local FedEx. I received an email that my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. Thankfully, I opened the box on-site — what I found was completely unacceptable. All of the trifolds were folded crooked, and the edges were scraped and damaged, like someone used a hard tool to crease them, which ruined the finish. When I brought this up, the staff member, Bryan, responded with attitude and said they just “follow Canva’s instructions.” Even if that were true, the poor quality and lack of care are inexcusable. The customer service was just as bad — dismissive and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
