Clerk #3 she needs to be fired and or has to go through extensive customer service training its Monday March 2nd 2026 8:59 am there's giving advice then there's just nagging and complaing you don't continually cut people off as they try to reply to you in a respectful manner and ask you questions regarding proper shipping boxes and then she volunteers to give herself a good rating instead of me doing it she reaches around and make sure she selects the positive review for herself something that the customer should be doing because she knew her snappy unnecessary comments where gonna give her a negative rating I thank her for her services as I turn away and again just rude unnecessary comments I tried asking for my package back because at this point I didn't feel my item would arrive safe and undamaged (I took plenty of photos before package left my house and as it sat on the counter inside the post office as I was a bit behind dropping the item off) based off the interactions and feeling that I was unappreciated. Upon leaving i felt maybe I overreacted in asking for my package back even though I didn't raise my voice or use profanity but the lady coming out right behind me told me that it's a regular occurrence at this post office with clerk #3 that i wasn't in the wrong i thanked her and wished her a good day as that was the only positive outcome I had leaving this location. I don't want anybody losing their job but there's a fine line between providing helpful customer service and advice then complaining and nagging. Im in no rush nor was there an extensive line behind me maybe next time an incident occurs take your time doing your job and explain any mistakes and miscalculations before you scan anything in that way we both have the option to do what we would like. That being the clerk refusing to provide a service and or me having the option and time to take my package back and correct any mistakes, or take to a different post office. The male in charge i didn't get his name was very helpful and assured me my package would be ok

First of all I am so happy with the front door being repaired, I am giddy! Being disabled, it was such a hassle having to go all the way around the building.
Second, Ebay tracking showed my package having been delivered this morning, but no such Item was in my mailbox. I took a copy from my Ebay account showing that the item delivered at 11:30am to the USPS clerk. She immediately conducted a search and called the carrier who delivers to my box. However another carrier who lives in Patterson but works in Hughson came to my house with the package. She was more than professional and showed as much concern as I had. Cudo's to the carriers who are out in this terrible heat. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you!
