She was incredibly kind and patient with my two daughters, as well as me and my wife as we applied for new passports. I was honestly dreading going because the past few times I have gone to the post office it has been in Hemet and it is a miserable experience there, to say the least. When I need to go to the post office, it will definitely be here because of the much better service. It is a little further from my house than the hemet one, but it’s a much better experience.

A few more customers walked in while she was helping us and she was able to take care of all of us in a timely and efficient manner. As a reward for bringing all of our required documents as well as photo copies, Annie gave us our choice of scratch and sniff stickers, an added benefit. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this location!
