I’ve never written a negative review on anything but every time I come to this post office this one clerk is rude and condescending. She treats you like you’re stupid and aren’t willing to help. She speaks unprofessionally to all the other customers in front of everyone. There’s this older black lady with short hair that is always rude to me for some reason. Today I needed to ship a package about 62 pounds so I waited in line to speak to her about it. When I got to her, I told her the package was in the trunk of my car and that I needed help from a employee to carry it in because it was too heavy for me and had fragile contents inside. She immediately told me she couldn’t help me with that, so I asked her if there was any employee who was able bodied in the back room who could help me carry it. She said no and that I would have to bring it in and leave it by the door. i asked if she at least had a cart so that i could push it, and she said no and to just bring it inside in a rude tone. I ended up carrying the package by myself and got back in the long line to wait to talk to her again. While I was waiting, a male associate came out from the back room asking if anyone was doing a package pickup. I raised my hand and he asked me to go to him for help. I told him that I had a package ready to ship, it was just too heavy for me to carry in the line. He said “oh I can help you with that.” Mind you this was after the lady told me there was no one who could help with the package. He let me know that there was no postage on the package, only the return label, so I would have to get back in line (understandable) but he lended me his dolly so that I could actually go in line with the package without carrying it (after the lady told me there was no cart). A woman with burgundy hair helped me finally ship the package and she was nicer. Ultimately. I don’t understand why this older woman is still working here. She has been rude to me multiple times and per the reviews, she’s given poor customer service for years. It’s unacceptable. I totally understand dealing with rude customers, as I work with people myself, but this lady clearly does not like dealing with people. If I had the option to go to a different location I would.

Did little to nothing to help me with my package issues at all, I suggest you don't use this post office at all.
