Slowest customer service ever! One cashier was having a personal LONG conversation with a customer while the line is out the door. It shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to drop off a package.

This is a very convenient place for several services. There is one particular staff who is very efficient and effective and manages customers in a very professional way. One time he was by himself and the line was long. He was able to assist two customers at once expecting the service. Whenever he is there the Amazon return gets processed much faster. His name is Brant. Thank you for your effective service 🤗

I’ll try to keep this short and sweet as possible. I’ve had two wonderful back-to-back experiences at this UPS location, and both truly meant more to me than the staff probably realized.
My first visit was on 11/08 with Christina or Christine, I wish I remembered her name perfectly because she was incredible. I live with severe agoraphobia, and that day I was also mailing something very emotional. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and apologized for being a little scattered. She showed nothing but patience and kindness. We ended up having the loveliest conversation while she helped me through the process, and she genuinely calmed me down.
My second visit was today, 12/1, with Samantha, and once again I was met with the same warmth and compassion. Lines are very hard for me, especially knowing people are waiting behind me, but she made the whole experience feel easy with simple conversation and kindness.
Not many people truly understand agoraphobia, but both of these two staff members treated me with such grace and zero judgment. Their kindness mattered more than they’ll ever know. I am incredibly grateful for them and for the care they showed during moments that were very hard for me.

Rude associates. Came into the store around 9:45 AM today, and it seemed as though "certain" customers including myself got ignored unless we were regular customers. I needed a label for my Amazon return and showed the young lady my QR code on my phone, she told me we don't do that and I need to send my label code through email.
I followed the instructions and sent the email, then she told me she need to she the entire label so I enlarged it and resent the email. While waiting to be helped about 4 or 5 customers came in needing shipping labels they showed their codes on their phones she scanned them and gave them their labels....my question is why couldn't she scan my phone too? There was even an older gentleman there that didn't know how to work emails and she helped him pull up his code and scanned his phone.
The lady ahead of me had a similar issue as I did and was told we don't scan from phones you have to send it in a email, the lady told her she just saw her scan tha older mans phone why couldn't she just scan hers? They argued for a moment and the customer asked for the number to corporate and her name, the employee refused to give her name and said she can call corporate but she won't be there by the time they try to call management...
Does this store only help "certain" customers? Are you only allowed to scan certain label codes? Do you only help "certain " customers when they are confused about how to send emails for label printing?
