- HHHi HiOct 1, 20221.0Came into the Highland location today. The print and center department were so uninformed and lacked customer service. All I wanted to create was a custom greeting card. Contacted the store manager she was so nonchalant it was ridiculous. I don’t recommend anyone to come here go online or to Office Depot.
- VSVerna N. SpearsMay 24, 20221.0This location has several self service machines that are supposed to print from a USB drive. None of them are working. Their representative offered to transfer my work to their drive it still didn't work. Please have these machines serviced or replaced.

- BSBianca SuquettNov 3, 20172.0Their printing center is the worst. I consistently wait over 30 min for my prints, with complications every time. If you have time to waste or idk don't have an interview the same day then sure go there. They are poorly staffed.
- JDJoe Joe The Great DaneJun 29, 20171.0Don't use the self service copy machine. Even if your copy is 50centd. It takes your 5.00. So you have to wait to get your change at least a day. If you want better service and your change back the same minute. That will cost you extra because they had to do it. How does this make sense to me ? It doesn't. The girl who showed me how to use the machine said "it doesn't take the $5.00 and I believed her. Sometime today I will get my change for my .50 cent print.
