This post office is trash, the delivery drivers along with the staff inside are a bunch of lazy workers. The employee that is suppose to deliver packages to my door for signature and none signature never does and puts down that no one is home. I’ve filed many complaints and nothing gets done and the supervisor says it’s because they are union which is total BS. Everyone needs to file complaints. I had to chase this lady down to retrieve a package I was waiting for and I recorded her sitting in her car and leaving without attempted delivery. She then claimed she couldn’t exit her vehicle because USPS can’t verify if she’s telling the truth or lying about her being in danger because of dogs or other circumstances.

They help tape up packages for some customers than others. Lisa declined to assist taping & I had to purchase a roll while watching them help tape others’ packages. If you can, wait and get the guy. He’s super nice and professional. Avoid Lisa. USPS do better for customer service - I understand store policy but at least be consistent.

Some of these workers don't communicate at all to each other, my mailbox was broken into. I see no damage or some sort of my mailbox so I go to the post office to pick up my mail, seems like no one knows where the carrier had put it at and I explain that the mailbox has no damage and they just look at me. Almost a month and im still missing mail & important documents. Almost everyday I go and try to pick up my mail and they tell me my box is empty, I get an email of my mail everyday what's coming to me.
