I try not to confront her she has a attitude once I asked her for my package she was parked in drive way on her phone she said " you're gonna have to wait im on a break on my phone " unprofessional who parks in driveway sits on phone and not placing mail in boxes . I made complaint on 11/05 at post office Gentleman took my info saw proof my pics of boxes with no keys . He just said we'll try to ask carrier if she remembers what box she placed your package and what box she placed key in . Very upset holidays are coming how can I trust my packages will be in correct box. VS will not return my money because carrier scanned package and description says placed in mailbox .

The worse post office I have ever dealt with. Always Miss marking tracking from dropped at office to dropped at mailbox, never answers their phone during business hours. Always comes up with a new excuse as to why they did not deliver mail for the day then when you go to pick it up the next day cause you know they close the moment they mark delivered and then they say it's on the truck only to just not be delivered again. Then for a month straight mail goes so smooth I feel yay I can continue to do my business work I get paid for then nope. after a month or two back to the same old crap miss delivering packages Miss marking the tracking numbers. Shame too I know a good handful of hard workers that would love the chance to work for the USPS but nah they keep picking the incompetent.

Bad experience with my mail that was very important I never received it i could see what comes in on my phone I was waiting for important mail from the ihss and I never received i have reported it. Because this was for my son who has autism and I never received 2 packages either when I went to the office they told me my mailbox was broken my mailbox. I let my manager know he reported to me that my mailbox wasn't broken it was someone else mailbox who actually reported it.
