  I was quite surprised. I went to UPS twice to return packages, and the staff were quite friendly. I had prepared the boxes so that the staff only needed to attach the labels, but they said it wasn't necessary. I also had a few extra boxes, and the staff said they couldn't help me dispose of them. The largest shipping company in the US, yet they can't help a customer dispose boxes, and they don't even have a trash can in the store. I don't know if this is company policy or just specific to this store. I hope the store owner will help customers have a better experience. Your store is located in a fancy area, I feel that the store's business practices are a petty calculations. Thank you.

  Reliability. They are rhe best in every way they outshine ( others) in price in customer service and delivery!! Seriously what else is there! Trust this Southernnani I’ve been around raises kids grandkids and always find the best. I make it my business. So trust me this is the truth.

  This used to be my favorite UPS store until I learned their rates are higher than other UPS stores. Pier Ave UPS wanted to charge $28 for small padded envelope containing small book to Chicago area- I was shocked. Decided to try Torrance/Hawthorne location & they charged me only $15. Went back to Pier to ask about difference and they said each UPS is owned and run separately w/ different charges- thus, the $13 difference. Most unfortunate!

  This store has the BEST customer service The ladies working behind the counter are the sweetest and always friendly, and very helpful. Love this UPS store!!

  DON'T TRUST THEM TO TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS I just lost 1 entire month on my passport application process b/c this branch found a way to botch my photo (passport agency sent me a letter). When I called the manager, they offered me a refund ($17) but nothing else—no explanation, no guidance or interest in correcting the issue, no offer to cover the cost to expedite my passport (which I will now have to do). Completely unprofessional and they should take this service OFF their website.
