- MMMadgeann MckeeApr 1, 20263.0It's unfortunate that this is the only post office in the area, that serves so many people. Their mail delivered to their homes due to not enough mail. Carriers to deliver. The parking lot is too small, there should be more handicapped stalls for these people. Of all the cars and then when people come out they can't move because people have went inside and left their cars unattended in the middle of the parking lot. Usually there's only one or two clerks at the front and the machine will not work and it tells you to go inside but the line is around and outside and or around all the mailboxes inside the building. They need to do something about the parking. It's very serious and people need to take into consideration not pulling into the parking lot when it's full. There's plenty of street parking and parking across the street in the dirt. If you are not handicapped, please do not pull into the parking lot. Let people that need to get in get in. This was on one day when I went during the week. I never usually go during the week. I will either have pick up at the place where I'm at or I will drop it off at 6:30 in the morning. I understand that they say they are understaffed but there are more workers in the back than you think.

I have gone to San Jancinto post office and they are so rude! But the staff here is so positive and friendly! Being new to the area this will be my spot for anything mail related! Erika is a gem to your company!
