- TTTheSupaCali5 days ago2.0Friday 10:00am May 1st. Staff were rude. I came in with multiple items on my Amazon return and was trying to be very specific and accurate in presenting the items. Very slow no.customer waiting behind me. The Young man helping me walked away and told me to let him know when I was ready. I was ready and stated so...another woman came over with a nasty tone and asked me to pull up from the cracked screen...loudly and rudely as if I was "wasn't ready". She acted as if she wanted a confrontation. Tired of going places and giving my business to places with rude, nasty employees so I won't be back for any sort of shipping services to this location and will also be calling. Amazon to let them know as well as it could also effect their business if customers can't get my return processed in a polite manner.

She pesters the other employees and you can see it effects some of them. I really enjoy coming here when she is not you can see the change in the employees. Other than that problem I love coming here.
