She seems to judge others based on her comfort level. Sorry...but this is not how it works! Also, why did this girl wait on 3 customers in the Amazon line and decided to help over 3 people in the checkout line, and then waited on me and afterwards went back to waiting on the people in the checkout line?!? Where are the other workers?!? Last but not lesst...Staples need to hire mature individuals who love their job or go somewhere else, that why it's called a job and not a career!!

It could really ruin a person's day if they allow it to. Today at 5pm I went in and got met with rudeness. Last time I had a few returns they were awesome,nice mannered and welcoming but April 21st 5pm was not the day. They need to be checked before they run into the wrong person.

I went in looking for a toy and she told me they had none, I could clearly see a freight box full of them behind the counter and she told me those are for store pickup. I advised her that another associate told me that those are for purchase and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know. Then I explained to her the items couldn’t be purchased online for in store pickup and she said she didn’t care. Definitely won’t be doing any more business here.
