I had a letter that I needed to sign for but I was at the doctor's that day so I'm trying to set up for redelivery. I called the main post office line they told me that the item was scanned in improperly and they couldn't help me and I needed to call tje Hemet post office directly. So because someone didn't do their job properly and scanned this incorrectly I'm left with trying to navigate my way up that long ramp into your door being disabled . You should be ashamed of yourself. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone. I've always had a bad experience at this post office. Whoever is in charge of this post office you suck at your job.
