Mailboxes are being broken into and the apartments are the last to have their mailboxes repaired by the post office. I reside in a senior community and work full-time, so visiting the post office is not feasible in my daily schedule. The single post office employee distributing mail is unaccommodating. When asked a question, it is either ignored or answered inconsistently.

Every time the customer service has always been very friendly and welcoming.😊 Especially the lady that works there her customer service is great. I like that it has a friendly neighborhood feel to it. Also its very clean. 🌿💐🌿🇺🇲🌿🕊🌿🙏🏽🌿

They charge the same rates as all USPS branches - no mark up like the MailBox stores that are privately owned. Mostly it's the same man at the counter, who seems to know the regulars. He's quick and does a good job, been there a long time and knows his business. There's only one caveat. Since there is only a staff of one, the place closes for his lunch, but the website does not mention the time. So you have to go there to find it's closed. Fix that and get the fifth star!
