  The UPS holiday schedule is a lie. No pickups on Dec 31st. I was even told that if I dropped it off at the Romoland distribution center that it would sit until Jan 2nd. I know, UPS, trying is hard. We all have days that we don't feel like doing our jobs. However, the rest of us still get up and at it because others depend on us.

  They wouldn’t allow my husband to pick up my package even though their automatic service said as long as he has same last name and same address on a valid ID he could. I work full time and am in LVN school on weekends so I’m not able to pick up. Very inconvenient since I didn’t even ask the package to be sent to UPS store in first place!

  Upon further review, I believe this location to be inflating reviews. 1 star after seeing several complaints about the same person but reviewed several fake reviews praising the same person with only 1-2 reviews. I have sent a follow up email as they requested, but it is going to the location, I have reached out for corp support as this will only be seen by local store. Making comments when we walked in was not professional. Serving other customers after us before we were even served was crap. There was 4 other customers behind us and they serviced them first and cleared the building before helping us who was there first. Saying I haven't shipped before.... Those comments, we not only had a box before, but everything was setup w/o change by you. Will never use this location again.

  Blond younger representative was rude and unhelpful. She just kept repeating herself even after I asked my question in a different way. She was nice to others just not me and tried to rush me off with answers I obvi didn't understand. She needs empathy and ethics training stat! Get better UPS Store.
