Her tone and facial expression were discourteous, and she refused to provide assistance with printing a few sheets. Instead, she instructed me to use the self-service printing station. When I asked for guidance, she responded in a dismissive manner, stating that her role was not to teach or assist customers. I witnessed her treating another customer in a similar manner during a phone call. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I believe she is not suitable to represent Staples. Her actions left me in tears, and I will not return to this location.
