- PSparisa salehiDec 11, 20252.0I recently visited the Healdsburg post office and had a pretty disappointing experience. I simply asked for a clear pouch to put my prepaid label in—something I’ve easily gotten at other post offices before. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with refused and told me to order it online from Amazon instead. It was a small request, but the unhelpful attitude just made the whole experience frustrating. I hope they can be a bit more accommodating and courteous in the future.

I have had packages to be picked up (scheduled online) for three days. Mail gets delivered but no one has come into the office to get the packages. We have always had a great mail carrier but I have not seen him lately (hoping he is enjoying a vacation) but others need to step up. They do not answer their phone when you call. I am short staffed and cannot always leave the office and sometimes have time sensitive mail that needs to go out. Frustrated.
