  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lilyana at the UPS Store is absolutely outstanding! She is always friendly, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and taken care of. Whether it’s helping with shipping, packaging, or answering questions, she handles everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Lilyana makes what can sometimes be a stressful process smooth and easy. I always leave the store feeling appreciated and confident that my needs were handled perfectly. She is truly an asset to the team, and I highly recommend seeking her out whenever you visit!

  I dropped a package (Wednesday)off that needed to be shipped. I was told I need to purchase $2 dollar piece of tape which I did. I was also instructed that they would apply tape and label. They assured me they would be shipped the next morning (Thursday).I followed the tracking, but it kept tracking back to my house. I called the company that it was supposed to be shipped to and they have no record of it being shipped.On Friday I received the product that they shipped to MY home. I brought it in today(Saturday) and explained to them my dissatisfaction with this transaction . It was shipped to my home address not to the shipper. When a I brought it to her attention, she said “so you bought two dollar tape and you are upset?” No, I’m upset because you shipped the box to my home address and that delayed my computer being repaired. I have two small businesses so yeah it’s a problem when it’s mishandled-not the two dollars was for the tape-the package was taken from me, and I was told it was going to be taped, labeled and shipped. FYI-Matt the Manager is great! He was not there on the days of my transactions.

  I bought 2 pounds of Peet’s coffee beans and had them shipped via UPS to this store. First, Marco couldn’t find the package and said I should call Peet’s to see if they had a picture of the delivery. They didn’t have a picture, but it was Marco who signed for it. Marco found the package and then said it was $20 to pick it up. Huh? You want me to pay $20 to pick up something that UPS shipped to a UPS Store? I don’t think so. So, I call Peet’s again. According to Marco, Peet’s needed to mark this delivery to an “Access Point.” I have never heard of an Access Point at a UPS Store, and I sell wine using UPS everyday. Peets had never heard of an Access Point at a UPS Store, and they ship all of their coffee through UPS everyday. Basically, this store just wants to extract money from everyone in any way that they can. I wasted over an hour of my time today at this store just trying to pick up a package. I have emailed the Owner, hopefully I’ll be able to get my $35 worth of coffee that has already been charged Shipping by UPS without having to pay another $20 just to pick up the package from this store. By the way, this pickup fee is not on the website.
