  Very important return made and got some knowledge what to prepare for if I need to return anything else from Amazon quick and efficient pace to go In I only took five minutes to finish what I needed to get done thank you UPS

  The UPS store on Whipple Road in Union City is amazing! As soon as I walked in, there was a line of folks but I got to counter in minutes. I thought I’d have to wait for a notary but as soon as I rescued the counter, the clerk Evelyn immediately helped me and notarized my paperwork. Absolutely no waiting! They are so fast, courteous, patient with Mr questions, professional and kind. Excellent customer service

  This store has the worse customer service attitude I have ever seen in my life. I brought my wife and her friend in for photos and live scan. We were the first and only customer in the store. After starting our orders, the sales rep stop and served 2 other customers that came in after us, completely ignoring us. When I politely ask her if we can finish the order since we’re here first, she threw a fit saying we were disrespecting her. Afterwards, she begrudgingly started working on our order again. Almost every minute after that, she would drop everything she is doing and go on a lecture about how we’re disrespecting her. At one point, she went to the back of the store, then yell all my wife saying my she is giving her dirty looks and she will not be disrespected, asking my wife to leave. Note, at this point my wife didn’t even talk to her at all besides when first entering the store and say hello. In the end, we have spend 30 minutes in the store, completing only 1 of the 2 orders, all because the sales rep has the fragile ego of Eric Cartman and don’t want anyone “disrespecting their authorita”. I don’t know how this store got 4.9/5 but they are worse than some 2/5 rating UPS that I’ve been to.

  My company had this store perform a pack and ship job on some large and heavy equipment we purchased from another local company. The item was oversized and heavy and I was prepared for the worst but their team did an fantastic job and the equipment arrived fully functional and without any major damage, which I consider an amazing success for something that honestly should have been crated and put on a pallet. If you need a UPS store to do a pack and ship job for you in this area, these guys are the ones.

  I’ve dropped off multiple packages at this location, and every single time the staff has been incredibly patient and kind. They make everything easy and stress-free, no matter how many packages I bring. I truly appreciate their consistent helpfulness!
