I had to personally follow up with the online agent, local delivery office as well as the driver himself. The delivery is rescheduled 3 times already. When I called the driver ( again) , He says that he will deliver by 11 AM next day, as today they are runnign very late. it's 2 PM now, no delivery, no call from the driver. and when I call him, the guy was sleeping! when I ask him about the delivery time today, he hung up on me. This is the worst service I have received in my life. If there was a negative star I would give that.
