The letter carriers are completely incompetent as extremely unprofessional because the supervisors and station manager are lazy and lack leadership skills. Outgoing mail is frequently stolen from the letter carriers. Parcels are stolen and misdelivered.

- DHDave HollsMar 26, 20261.0Apparently the Postmaster runs this place terribly, unlike the other Postmasters around, because there's usually only 1 person to help the lines going out the door almost everytime I go there, the ATM was broken both times I tried, and the weeds are eating the sidewalk. I feel bad for the lady behind the counter, she should be paid for doing the jobs of four people. The PM must be scraping all the money off the top and telling the staffers there's none for hiring or cleaning the place up. Really pathetic look and feel for USPS, the number of people complaining about the under-service while there causes aggravation that sticks to the palette. I thought all the post offices had minimum standards to go by, apparently not with the clown they left in charge of this one.
- TTToryMar 19, 20261.0Don't make an appointment to renew your passport or take a passport photo here. Even though you can make an appointment online, they won't be able to help you. I know it's not the clerk's fault! But I waited in line for thirty minutes only to be told: "We don't take photos here sir. You're going to have to go to Walgreens or something. I know it's on the list but we don't do that here" 😭
