  I recently shipped a fragile antique vase through this Harbor City UPS Store, and Greg took exceptional care packing it. He added extra padding and explained the best shipping options 2-Day Air versus 3-Day Select. I went with 3-Day Select, and it still arrived right on time. Their attention to detail is rare these days. The store is small and hidden behind T-Mobile, but it’s organized and welcoming once you’re inside. I love that they’re open 7 days a week, I dropped this off on a Sunday! Everyone here is professional and honest. After this experience, I won’t ship from anywhere else.

  Migdalia notarized my power-of-attorney paperwork on a Saturday afternoon when every other store was closed. She was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. The fact that they always have notaries available — even on weekends — is such a game changer. So grateful for this team!

  This UPS Store is truly a hidden gem in Harbor City — quite literally hidden behind the T-Mobile building off Sepulveda. Once I found it, I’ve never gone anywhere else for shipping or printing. Jessie helped me print color flyers, and Greg helped me ship them 2nd Day Air. both were fast and professional. I love that they’re open late until 8 PM, so I can stop by after work. Yuliya is the kind of business owner who really cares about her customers and it shows in everything she does. She doesn’t hide that she is the owner of this place unlike other store do. She takes pride in her team! I’ve also had documents notarized in the past here. Every time I’ve shipped with them weather it is UPS Ground, Next Day Air, or 3-Day Select it’s arrived on time. Their honesty and attention to detail are rare these days. This place truly does it all, and they do it right

  I usually ship through UPS, but recently Yuliya showed me how they also handle USPS and Certified Mail. It’s so convenient not to have to visit the post office anymore. I shipped one box through UPS Ground and another Certified Mail through USPS both arrived right on schedule. She took the time to explain pricing and timing clearly, which I appreciated.

  I came in needing fingerprints for a new job and a passport photo for travel paperwork and they did both perfectly. Jessie handled the LiveScan quickly and made sure the data went through cleanly. Yuliya took my photo and even let me review it before printing. Everything was efficient, friendly, and affordable.
