  I can’t say enough about this team! they’re reliable, honest, and always professional. The store is a little hidden in the corner behind T-Mobile, but once you find it, it’s unforgettable. I had my LiveScan done by Jessie, and it was smooth and efficient. Greg helped me ship using UPS 2nd Day Air, and it arrived exactly when expected. Yuliya notarized a few legal forms and was patient while I double-checked details. I’ve also printed posters here — the quality and color accuracy were excellent. Migdalia helped me with USPS Certified Mail, which was fast and simple. Everyone here works as a team, and it shows. They’ve only been around 2½ years, but they run like a business that’s been established for decades.

  This UPS Store really does have it all. I’ve used them for notary, LiveScan, printing, and shipping and every time, the service is perfect. The owner runs the store with such integrity, and her staff follow her example. Jessie printed flyers for me last week and they came out beautifully. I shipped a package via 3-Day Select, and it arrived exactly when expected. Greg once stayed a few minutes past closing to help me finish a shipment, which I’ll never forget. The store is hidden behind T-Mobile, but it’s worth finding. I love that they’re open late and even open Sundays. This kind of professionalism and kindness keeps customers coming back

  The UPS Store on Sepulveda is easy to miss since it’s behind T-Mobile, but it’s worth seeking out. Every employee here is professional, patient, and honest. Jessie does excellent printing work and always double-checks my files before printing. I love that they handle USPS and Certified Mail as well, so I don’t have to go anywhere else. They’re open every day, and that convenience means a lot. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers

  I came to this UPS Store for a notary and a LiveScan on the same day, and both went perfectly. Yuliya greeted me right away and made me feel at ease. She notarized my documents carefully, explaining everything before I signed. Migdalia then handled my LiveScan and was quick, polite, and professional. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes. no hidden fees or unnecessary add-ons. The store is spotless and well-run. It’s tucked behind T-Mobile, a little hard to see from Sepulveda, but once you find it, you’ll always remember it. I recommend them to anyone needing notary or LiveScan done right.

  I run a small art business, and this UPS Store has been my go-to since it opened 2 years ago. They handle fragile shipments like no one else! Greg and Yuliya packed my paintings with such care. I usually ship using UPS Ground, and my customers always receive everything safely and on time. Jessie helped me print beautiful thank-you cards, and he took his time to get the colors right. I’ve also used their notary and LiveScan services and both were quick and easy. Great Parking here! I love that they’re open seven days a week. Every person there is friendly, honest, and efficient. It’s the kind of service you just don’t see much anymore.
