The clerk had to go in the back to even find out if they were there. I had one of my bank statements put in my next door neighbor's drop box. The next week,I had to credit card sameness placed in the neighbor's box ,who live 2 houses down. Recently, I had an order supposedly placed on a lock box,which I never received. These problems appear to happen on my regular carrier is off on Saturdays. We have spoken with Supervisors 3 times these last 2 months. Last year we had a small package we mailed at the post office disappear. It was logged out of the post office without any further information wherein went. I am filling a formal complaint regarding our mail service.
