- ESElizabeth SalgadoJun 28, 20241.0Today I went to renew my sons passport and because I was confused on how to fill out the form the old lady working there was very rude had no patience, the first thing she told me to reschedule instead of helping me and making me understand and correct my mistakes. Her form of talking is hard to understand I tried being reasonable and try to get to a point in which we both could come to an understanding. But her attitude was also quite unacceptable. There was no line no one in the post office other than myself and my son and she was hurrying me up to finish it. I had the appointment set and I was hoping to get this done today. As someone who works in customer service I found her attitude and customer service unacceptable. I don't know how this lady still working here. This is the worst experience with customer service. She not and helpful or maybe is only whe is with a good attitude.

However, twice now, the Asian man working there has threatened me with returning my packages. The first time was because I couldn't get there for one week, due to car problems. The second time, he accused me of abusing the system, and that if any packages arrived the next day, they would be returned. He said he was being nice by allowing me to have my packages that time.
