  Ernest the manager was so kind and patient with me! I was struggling to figure out what kind of envelope and postage I needed to send out a very important letter. I was already stressed out and anxious. Even though I was taking up a lot of Ernest’s time, he remained kind and patient with me! I wanted to take the time to compliment Ernest on his attitude and kindness because those qualities are hard to find nowadays! Thank you, Ernest!! You’re the best!

  This store lost a $2000 box of a two box shipment where they were both brought to them both taken in by their children employees and only one arrived and they have no idea what happened! This whole facility is filled with a bunch of unprofessional kids handling people serious business, shippers beware!!

  非常糟糕的服务体验。我拿着亚马逊退货包裹来做代寄（drop off），其中一个包裹的胶带开了大约半英尺。店员坚持要求包裹必须完全密封，并为此向我索要1美元的封箱费。我不差这1美元，但我拒绝为这种极其不合理的行为买单。这种斤斤计较的服务态度非常不专业，完全没有基本的客户服务意识。以后绝不会再来这家店。 Rating: o Extremely disappointed with the service here. I came in to drop off my Amazon returns, and one of the packages had a tape seal that was loose by about half a foot. The staff insisted it had to be "completely sealed" and demanded a $1 fee just to add a small piece of tape. It’s not about the dollar; it’s about the principle. Charging for such a trivial thing is petty and shows a total lack of decent customer service. I will not be returning to this location. Calificación: 0 Una experiencia de servicio pésima. Fui a dejar unas devoluciones de Amazon y uno de los paquetes tenía la cinta un poco despegada (unos 15 cm). El empleado insistió en que debía estar "totalmente sellado" y pretendía cobrarme 1 dólar por un trozo de cinta. No es por el dinero, sino por el principio. Cobrar por algo tan insignificante es ridículo y demuestra una falta total de atención al cliente. No volveré a este lugar.

  The staff was great I was a bit discombobulated because my phone had just updated & I couldn’t locate the pictures that I had screenshot with my Amazon returns & the girl that helped me was very patient & she showed me how to get to my screenshots. I appreciate that kind of service when I left I had no cash on me but gave her some candy I just bought she thanked me & wished me a great day. It’s the little things in life that mean the most

  I had an excellent experience at this location today around 10:35 AM. I came in for Live Scan fingerprinting for CTC teacher credentialing, and the staff member who helped me was truly outstanding. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional, and took the time to explain each step clearly. As someone going through an important credentialing process, I really appreciated how calm and supportive he was. He made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and pleasant. This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I left feeling genuinely happy and grateful. Highly recommend this location!
