  I usually just go to Amazon for returns, but today I came in for a Live Scan fingerprinting service. The staff member was extremely kind and processed everything quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate it! :-)

  Not sure how they removed my initial review, but this place has failed me so many times that I have to re-write it just so everyone knows. There's a notary here who's writing is so bad that official documents get returned because the writing is illegible. There's also a fingerprint technician here who literally forced a bad fingerprint through the LiveScan and assured it would be alright, even though the fingerprints were turned back by the DOJ. The manager is entitled and rude, she thought giving me a refund for a mistake made by here staff at her store was a gift that I should be grateful for, without first being competent enough to prevent mistakes from happening in the first place (i.e. snowflake). Yes I have all the proof for everything I have said here, and if they try to take down this review again I will just keep reposting because the public needs to be warned.

  The UPS Store in Hacienda Heights CA has made my life so much easier. Processing returns from Amazon isn't a drag because they make it so easy. Employees are always patient, pleasant, and polite.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted UPS with a package worth $15,000. No one at the counter even mentioned insurance. They slapped on a label, sent it off--and then lost it. After repeated delivery reschedules, it somehow "disappeared" at their own facility. And the best they can do? "Sorry, we'll give you $100." Are you kidding me? That $100 doesn't even begin to cover the damage this did to my business. I filed a claim, waited forever for a response, only to be told: "We searched, we can't find it, here's your $100." No accountability. No supervisor to talk to. Just robotic apologies and a pathetic offer of a 20% discount on my next shipment--as if I'd ever trust them again. This whole experience screams negligence or theft, and UPS takes zero responsibility. My business took a huge hit, and they couldn't care less. Absolutely infuriating. If your package is worth anything, avoid UPS at all costs. They're fast to take your money and faster to wash their hands when they screw up. Still this date, supervisor won't call me. My package is still lost. $15,000 is somebody's whole savings account you ruined.
